Senior Living encompasses a broad level of community types from independence to high tech | high touch care that requires collaboration between housing and healthcare typologies in order to carefully balance independence and care. At D/P/S, our knowledge transcends the senior living market overlapping expertise in multi-family housing, mixed-use, healthcare and even educational building types to glean innovative approaches to a complex market typology in order to help our clients meet the market demand while serving our most respected population.

Our collaborative approach to seniors housing design emphasizes communication among the entire project team, client, and users.
