Kelli has been with D/P/S since 2006 and brings very strong organizational and technical skills to all of her projects. She has been an integral member of the team on many K-12 and higher education projects. She works diligently with each client to customize palettes, patterns and details that suit the form and function of each space. Kelli recognizes that a complete project does not end with construction, however. She is thorough in the selection and specification of furnishings. She has experience in multiple methods of procurement, and her organizational skills help her to facilitate the coordination of inventory and installation. Kelli's attention to detail will assure the client has an organized furniture package that meets the functional requirements of the space and the user while blending seamlessly with the interior design.
As a Certified Project Management Professional, Kelli’s perspective and approach is holistic, responsive, and proactive. She understands that effective project management is a balancing act between the creative and interpersonal aspects of the design process and the technical and leadership skills needed to develop and implement a plan, maintain a schedule, and stay on budget.
