Kate's passion is blending research in human behavior, change management, and organizational learning with interior design to create truly effective, user-centric spaces. She has over nine years of experience in airport retail, commercial office, healthcare, and K-12 projects across the western United States. Her diverse background creates a unique platform to understand how spaces can best be utilized to focus the human aspects of the users, mitigate change disruptions, and increase learning.

Her experience includes new building construction as well as tenant improvement and renovation projects. Kate's responsibilities include the development of interior architectural spaces, interior finishes, furnishings, fixtures, equipment coordination, and Construction Document production. She works one-on-one with clients and project team members to coordinate all aspects of the design process for a complete and thorough design package. Kate also loves to inject personality into each project from start to finish; it is her goal to make every project an enjoyable and memorable experience for everyone involved.
