Joe Muhlberger has spent 37 years in architecture. Joe’s extensive experience includes project management, master planning, architectural design, educational specification validation, programming, construction documents, construction administration, and post occupancy evaluation covering a wide range of facility types. He specializes in various proactive Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) project management methodologies including fast track Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Design Assist Construction Contracting (DACC), design build and traditional design-bid-build.

High performance sustainable architecture has the ability to change lives, culture, communities, enhance the mission of clients and transform society. Joe’s heart is deeply rooted in the mission of creating architecture that utilizes sustainable solutions and reflects the broader goals of society. In every project, he strives for a comprehensive understanding of the clients' mission, vision, and context in order to bring it to life and reflect their culture and environment.
