Bobby spent his childhood building cities out of Legos. In a high school drafting class, he discovered the joy of turning a blank sheet of paper into a blueprint for something that could ultimately get built. Now that he’s seen countless drawings become a reality, Bobby still welcomes a challenge. He specialized in healthcare in part because its complexity requires full use of his creative and analytic skills.
As principal in charge of the Phoenix office, Bobby splits his time between business strategy, client management, and staff development. He strives to create a family-like atmosphere that encourages collaboration and innovation. As a leader, he models integrity, believing that the best legacy comes from doing the right thing, not the easy thing.
Bobby is gratified by recognizing the potential in others and giving them opportunities to succeed. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and cooking. He loves having people over and serving them his specialty wood-fired pizza.
