Strong Roots and a Vision for the Future

Dekker/Perich/Sabatini (D/P/S) has served clients in the Southwest for more than 50 years. Our firm began as an outgrowth of Art Dekker Architects, founded in 1959 in Albuquerque by the father of current principal Dale Dekker. We became D/P/S in 1998 with the merger of Dekker/Perich & Associates and Holmes/Sabatini & Associates. Since 1959, we have built a solid reputation for exceptional customer service and design excellence.

Today Dekker/Perich/Sabatini is an ENR Top 500 design firm. We operate as one multidisciplinary firm providing architecture, landscape architecture, planning, interior design, and structural engineering services. We regularly serve clients in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas and work throughout the country.

With a history of creating locally-oriented projects, the leadership at Dekker/Perich/Sabatini remains dedicated to helping build dynamic and sustainable communities.
