Proffer Medical Office Building

Proffers are a family of doctors in Amarillo, TX that specialize in all variations of plastic surgery: from daily in and out spa treatments to full surgical procedures.

Patient anonymity to other patients was a premium requirement. The office is designed for three doctors, each with their own separate waiting and exam rooms. Because patient anonymity to other patients was a premium requirement, each waiting room has a private exit so patients are not seen leaving by other clients.

The building is a simple, one-story rectangular form with public spaces at the front and support spaces separating public and private spaces. The office and 2-acre site are also designed to add a surgical suite in the future.
