A plan for stormy weather

The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) revised their National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Manual (NPDES Manual) in 2020. Bohannan Huston, Dekker Perich Sabatini, and Sites Southwest teamed up to support NMDOT with this update for the NPDES Manual.

This was a third revision of the document and includes the addition of Municipal Separate Storm Sewer (MS4) permitting requirements and a major update to Appendix A: Best Management Practices (BMPs) to include low impact development (LID) and green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) strategies.
