The project consists of Programming and Schematic Design Services of a complete remodel of the fifth floor, including restroom ADA upgrades, and HVAC and sprinkler upgrades of approximately 15,700 square feet.

The intention of the project is to provide the Principle Investigators (PI) an open plan with both focus and collaborative spaces for their computational labs, but also flexible enough for a quick turnaround for the next tenant PI.
