Las Cruces Innovation and Industrial Master Plan Update

The Las Cruces Innovation and Industrial Park (LCIIP) Master Plan updates the previous master plan called the West Mesa Industrial Park Master Plan, approved in 1996 (renamed as part of the recommended branding strategies during the process of the update) for the 1,820-acre site on the western edge of Las Cruces, NM.

This regulatory plan articulates a physical development framework, land use plan, and associated implementation strategies to fulfill the goals of Elevate Las Cruces Comprehensive Plan and provide an updated development framework to help position the Park for new economic opportunities, particularly those related to Aerospace, Aviation and Defense.

The Plan includes an analysis of existing conditions, an assessment of the overall real estate market for industrial and related activities, and strategies to guide future decisions within the Park.
