A residential-style break space features a corner booth, bar-height seating with contemporary southwest tile accents, and built-in storage cabinets in a rich walnut tone. The work lounge offers views to the mesas and is enlivened by the concrete tile wall behind a suspended fireplace.

The interior palette is neutral, accented with pops of navy, mushroom, and deep olive with rich wood tones used in the flooring, accent walls, cabinetry, and furnishings. The southwestern-inspired pattern of the concrete tile adds local New Mexican flavor and juxtaposes the clean lines of the architecture and furniture. The large conference space highlights custom-made acoustic felt wall panels by a local manufacturer.

Sustainable, reclaimed teak hardwood flooring is used throughout the space, adding a sense of warmth and comfort. Perimeter offices are outfitted with floor-to-ceiling glazing and patterned translucent privacy film to provide borrowed light to the central office space. The result is a bright, spacious office space that feels less like an office and more like a home.
