Renovation as revitalization

The team provided programming and blocking and stacking options in an abbreviated time frame and developed a flexible layout, giving access to daylight and views for all occupants. The design team capitalized on an unusual building footprint to provide collaboration spaces around the perimeter of the building.

Kraemer Engineering provided timely and accurate building systems design and the team expedited the construction documents for the basement to allow the owner to move records to the building prior to the completion of the workspace.
