Dekker Perich Sabatini is pleased to promote seven individuals to associate positions within the firm. These recent promotions reflect the overall management, leadership, strategic input, professionalism, expertise, and contributions provided by these individuals.

Jessica Medrano, Project Manager
Jessica is a healthcare designer specializing in complex project types ranging from compounding pharmacies, ambulatory surgery centers to multi-department hospitals. With over fourteen years of healthcare design experience, she brings a breadth of knowledge, experience, and attention to detail to all aspects of a project from architectural design, medical planning, and project management.
Aaron Ketner, Building Performance Specialist
Aaron is the Director of Sustainability at Dekker Perich Sabatini. His passion and work focuses on Building Performance Analysis, Green Building Features, BIM Technology, Smart Building Solutions, Technology + Design Integration, and Digital Twin Asset Management - with design specialties in Sustainability, Resiliency, High-Performance Buildings, On-site Solar PV Array impact packages, and Health and Wellness in the Built Environment.
Kristin Stevens, Architect
Currently a Project Manager in the Government Group, Kristin's previous experience includes community and senior centers, schools, hospitals, and multifamily housing projects with MFA, HUD, Nevada Housing, LEED, Green Communities, and Rural Development requirements. Her main specialty is navigating ADA (ADAAG), ANSI, Fair Housing and UFAS accessibility guidelines. A growing specialty for her is large multiple lab renovations and move management projects.
Vicky Watt, Structural Engineer
Vicky Watt has been practicing structural engineering in New Mexico, Connecticut and surrounding states since 1998. She has worked as the lead structural engineer on numerous project types, including commercial and high-end residential, K-12 and higher education projects, and government test facilities. Additionally, she is well versed in many different aspects of structural engineering design, from new construction and building additions to renovations of existing structures and seismic evaluations.
Kelli Jameson, Licensed Interior Designer
Kelli has been with DPS since 2006 and brings very strong organizational and technical skills to all of her projects. She has been an integral member of the team on many K-12 and higher education projects. Being involved in all stages of a project helps Kelli ensure that each client receives the cohesive project they deserve. As a Certified Project Management Professional, Kelli’s perspective and approach is holistic, responsive, and proactive.
Rhon Wolff, Office Manager
Rhon has 29 years of experience in professional office management positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments. He skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations for his colleagues at Dekker Perich Sabatini.
As office manager, he ensures the smooth operation of the firm with his robust knowledge of architecture and design office management and his efficient handling of multiple projects and tasks concurrently. Rhon is known for his positive, can-do attitude, time management skills, and ability to pivot from one project to the next and back again.
Rebecca Thomason, Licensed Interior Designer
Rebecca specializes in healthcare design. As an EDAC-certified professional (Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification), she is passionate about designing thoughtful environments that promote healing and overall well-being for patients and staff alike.
