Dekker/Perich/Sabatini is pleased to announce the promotion of Emily Allen, Sanjay Kadu and Will Gleason to the position of principal and shareholder.
Emily Allen, LEED AP ID+C, is a licensed interior designer and has been with Dekker/Perich/Sabatini for 10 years. Her broad range of experience includes interior design in commercial, education, healthcare and retail projects. Most recently, she has been redefining the office of the future, and has been presenting the design concept across the U.S after winning NAIOP’s national office design competition. She also completed Gap, Inc.’s Albuquerque office and is now working on a new office building for a financial services company in Phoenix, AZ.
Sanjay Kadu has over 15 years of architecture, planning and design experience in K-12 education facility design. Kadu has designed schools throughout New Mexico and Amarillo, TX. Recent award-winning schools include Del Norte High School, nex+Gen Academy and North Star Elementary School in Albuquerque. He is currently finishing Bernalillo High School’s renovation and addition and is beginning design on a new intermediate school in Deming, NM.
Will Gleason, AICP, LEED AP, is the new Principal in charge of Urban Planning at Dekker/Perich/Sabatini. Gleason is involved in a number of large scale urban projects focused on expanding transit and improving public spaces. His current focus is on completing a master plan for the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center, revising zoning for the City of Albuquerque and finalizing a plan for a 10-mile bus rapid transit line along Albuquerque’s Central Avenue.
