Dekker/Perich/Sabatini Announces Promotions

Dekker/Perich/Sabatini is pleased to promote four individuals to Associate, and one individual to Advisor. The recent promotions reflect the overall management, leadership, strategic input, professionalism, expertise, and contributions provided by these individuals.

For over 28 years, Dan Monk has been involved with a diverse array of residential and commercial projects throughout the state of New Mexico. This experience has given him a deep appreciation of the state’s unique landscape and people, a passion for creating exceptional environments, and a belief that good design improves quality of life. Dan is uniquely aware of the complex nature of housing projects and brings extensive technical knowledge to the entire process from initial design through construction and occupancy.

Alex Campos has been in the accounting field for 19 years. She has experience with financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, management of staff, budgets, and cash management. Alex is responsible for overseeing the daily accounting functions to include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and the monthly closing process for DPS.

Jessica Veit is a licensed Interior Designer with over 15 years of experience encompassing all phases of design, from programming to construction administration. While specializing in tenant improvements, she has also designed ground-up commercial, educational, healthcare and multifamily housing facilities. She believes strongly in collaboration between client and designer to create a complete, fully realized space that is both aesthetically appealing and highly functional. In conjunction with interior finishes, she has developed furniture packages for both educational and corporate projects, focusing on improved work flow and continuity. Jessica strives to create unique, thoughtful interiors that work for the client’s needs.

Juan Dorado has worked in the field of architecture since 2008 with projects throughout Southeast New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Nevada. Juan has a wide variety of experience with design in educational facilities, commercial offices, industrial offices/shops, ecclesiastical, and municipal government fields. His knowledge working with publicly funded projects allows him to practice providing the best service product, while advising owners through state procurement procedures. Juan is a driven and outgoing individual who cares immensely about his community and the service he provides to it through common sense design and business practices.

Sajini Badrinarayan is a registered architect, with 16 years of experience on varied projects in the U.S. and on international soil. Sajini has had prior experience in higher education, health care, and multi-use building types. As an architect within D/P/S’s education practice area, Sajini focuses on designing flexible and innovative K-12 schools and higher education facilities, creating spaces that support 21st century learning.
