Tim Veltkamp is a veteran project manager who excels at managing and delivering projects from design development through building occupancy. He is dedicated to quality assurance and advocates for cross-checking documents and drawings throughout the design process. This focus on quality assurance delivers the best value and product for clients.
Katrina Arndt contributes to planning projects with her diverse background working nationally and internationally in journalism, design, community organizing and urban as well as environmental planning. Katrina specializes in research, market analysis, environmental assessment, the creation of complex planning documents that include physical, economic, social elements as well as urban design. With her extensive experience she offers a broad skill set including GIS, graphic design, environmental planning, and community outreach.
Rebecca Cox Baum is a seasoned interior designer and project manager with more than 20 years of experience in higher education, senior living, and corporate environments. Skilled at managing teams and keeping projects on schedule and within budget, Rebecca integrates a focus on workplace strategy, achieving client goals such as portfolio reduction, cultural change, brand reinforcement, consistent planning protocols, and environments that support new ways of working.
Jitka Dekojova is trained as both a landscape architect and an environmental planner and is well equipped to balance aesthetics and ecology in landscape design. She spent several years working for a landscape contractor, directly connecting the design development with the construction process and long term landscape maintenance. The experience of evaluating her designs from both an end-user’s and a contractor’s point of view informs her design process today.
Jennifer Greenleaf is a professional engineer with more than 15 years of structural engineering experience including; supervisory, project management and lead design positions. She is committed to building long-term client relationships and determining cost effective design solutions.
Dave Lindquist has been a registered architect for nearly 30 years and worked in the construction industry before that. He weaves together his knowledge of good design and constructability and has experience in highly technical projects, remodels, additions, and large ground-up facilities throughout the western United States.
Matt Archuleta started at D/P/S immediately after graduating from the University of New Mexico with a Masters in Architecture. The majority of his professional career has been in the healthcare and commercial industries. His background in construction helped to advance his Construction Administration and Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles at D/P/S.
Megan Padilla has a Bachelors of Arts in Architecture from the University of New Mexico School of Architecture and Planning. She has extensive experience in graphic design and visual effects through the use of computer software and exceptional skills in hand drawing/rendering. Megan generates excellent documentation and graphics necessary to reach our clients desired final product of design.
Drew Seavey strives to provide landscape architecture services that address ecological needs and the welfare of the general public. Drew is proficient in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Photoshop, Sketchup, and photography and uses these tools to produce a high volume of quality design and construction documents.
Aimee Smith has more than eight years of experience as a LEED Accredited Professional. Aimee specializes in higher education projects, technical detailing, specification, and construction administration. She is the leader of the AIA 2030 Commitment at D/P/S, and as a main contributor to the internal sustainability team, advances sustainable design through all project stages.
Greg Warren is a system administrator with 11 years experience specializing in Windows, VMWare, and Cisco systems. His skill and passion has led to improvements across the network and decreased unexpected downtime experienced by employees.
Tyler Yamamoto specializes in healthcare design and planning at D/P/S. He brings architectural design, medical planning, and project management experience to a variety of project types including ambulatory clinics, imaging departments, compounding pharmacies, and in-patient hospitals located across the country.
