This student housing complex provides 144 “apartment- style” living units for single New Mexico State University students. The phases of this project were sized and built based on the funds appropriated by the NMSU Housing Department. Phase I included an express store and laundry facility that provides services and amenities to the total student/family population surrounding the complex.

Phase II incorporated a concrete walkway, that connects all of the second-level units to one central elevator. This feature combines walk-up style student apartment living with full handicap accessibility, a requirement for all state-funded projects. Phase II also included an office addition to the express store and laundry facility.

Each unit within the complex consists of two bedrooms, a shared bath, a lavatory in each bedroom, a small efficiency-type kitchen and a 576sf living room.
