This student apartment complex for the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology is located on a gentle hillside overlooking the Manzano mountain range.  The building’s design replicates the Spanish Renaissance style of the campus.  D/P/S worked with a design steering committee that included the university architect, the director of student life, the director of auxiliary services, and several resident assistants and student representatives. During workshop sessions conducted by D/P/S, choices were made in terms of quality versus cost.
