We work with our clients to provide design documents for new market rate multi-family projects.  These include apartments, townhomes, urban lofts and condominiums.  The key to providing successful market housing is matching the product type, construction type, amenities and costs to our client’s proforma.  We want our clients to succeed and in the market rate housing business, this translates to sales.  We recognize that financing new market rate housing projects is challenging in today’s economy.  We often assist our clients in obtaining financing whether this is through conventional, HUD, USDA or a number of other programs.  D/P/S has a long history of developing ‘Lender’s Packages’ to quickly study various sites, density and product type that allows our clients to run their proformas on the project feasibility.
