As the principal-in-charge of the government practice group, Bill is responsible for organizing, planning, and executing programming, design services, cost estimates, and construction administration services. Additionally, Bill is the design principal for all of the firm’s Sandia National Laboratories and Kirtland Air Force Base projects, including their numerous tenants such as the VA Hospital and the Department of Energy.

Bill provides complete services for planning, briefing, and administration.   He also manages facility design and construction. His responsibilities include coordinating end-user interviews during the conceptual and design phases to ensure the facility design meets the specific needs of the users.
