Landscape Architect with 10+ years of experience in a professional office environment. Strong design, technical, organization, and project management skills are essential.  Proven business development skills and a LEED AP designation will be valued. Applicants must have a current license and the ability to get licensed in New Mexico and other states where we do business. Position requires effective verbal, written and graphic communication skills, the ability to work in a collaborative team environment and strong AutoCAD and Adobe suite proficiency. GIS proficiency a plus.

Architect with a minimum of  5 years of experience. Strong design, leadership, and organization skills are essential.  Strong education project experience is required.  Architectural license required, preferably in New Mexico.  Position requires effective communication skills, the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency with Revit is required.

Intern Architect Position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and Google SketchUp is required. Previous experience in an architectural setting is preferred.

Marketing Coordinator We are looking for a positive, energetic person who enjoys proposal preparation and working with others to create compelling marketing materials. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years professional experience. Must possess excellent graphic, writing, editing and communication skills, be self sufficient, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure. Duties include development of proposals, brochures, presentations, and other graphic work. Strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite on a PC platform required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field is required. Previous knowledge and experience with RFP/proposal responses preferred. This position requires working as part of a 4-person marketing team, and collaborating directly with the principals and associates of the firm, as well as outside team members to create winning proposals. Duties will include scheduling meetings, sending out timelines, and managing the overall workflow of proposals from start to finish. In addition to creating graphic pieces, this position includes updating and maintaining marketing-related project images, project descriptions, prior proposals, brochures, presentations, references, design awards, professional design staff résumés, client contacts, mailing lists, proposal boiler plate material, and database information.
