Calvary of Albuquerque

Adorers Chapel | Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe | Santa Maria de la Vid Church | Calvary of Albuquerque | Green Valley Presbyterian Church | St. Francis Episcopal Church | Grace Lutheran Church | St. Michael & All Angels Episcopal Church
The original Calvary of Albuquerque consisted of a complex of manufactured metal buildings, which had been converted to sanctuary and various classrooms. In 1995, D/P/S added a new main entrance and courtyard, classrooms, a bookstore and coffee shop to the south side of the facility. Due to continued growth, Calvary of Albuquerque acquired adjacent vacant land, as well as additional connected property.

D/P/S prepared a master plan that encompassed the entire 20-acre campus.  The master plan called for renovating a portion of the manufacturing facility to house an adult education/conference center that includes an 800-seat multipurpose room and 6 classrooms or break out spaces.

The balance of the manufacturing facilities and site were converted into a new youth campus as well as office space for youth ministers and missions programs. The existing sanctuary was expanded and a new main entrance, centered within the newly formed campus, added. The adjacent vacant land was utilized for parking, as well as a liner park that extends from the central plaza and buffers the youth campus from parking areas.
