Benjamin Harrison Gardner III, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Benjamin is the Principal-in-Charge of Dekker/Perich/Sabatini’s K-12 education practice area. He brings 15 years of hands on construction knowledge and 8 years of practical experience in educational facilities design to our project team.
A registered architect and graduate of the University of New Mexico, Benjamin uses his knowledge and experience to inform architectural design, technical coordination and constructability. Benjamin is adept at identifying program needs, implementing project goals, structuring project scheduling and maintaining budgetary limits in a creative and effective manner. His role is to lead and coordinate project teams through the entire effort of the project from programming to schematic design, design development, and document production through construction administration. Benjamin is a highly motivated, innovative individual with a common sense and professional approach to problem solving, architectural design, and constructability.
