Aspen Pacific Capital Corporate Office, Las Vegas, NV

A design-build project, Dekker/Perich/Sabatini designed the new Las Vegas corporate offices of Aspen Pacific Capital located in the Hills Center North business park in the heart of Summerlin. The single-story office building is 4,600sf  and divided into two office suites. The owner’s passion for contemporary design allowed us to assemble a group of building forms and materials that were transformed into a dynamic, yet simple, design solution which most importantly met the owner’s programmatic needs. Construction will commence in the second quarter of 2006 and is expected to last six months. The construction cost is anticipated to be near 1.8 million dollars.
